Workflow

  1. Research how top platforms handle it (AppFolio, Buildium, Zillow, Airbnb, Entrata, etc.)
  2. Create a standalone HTML comparison page with multiple side-by-side options
  3. Use real property data/photos from the actual portfolio — not placeholder content
  4. Each option gets pro/con tags and a brief description
  5. Rafael picks a number → implement that option

Why

Iterating on live code wastes time. Seeing all options side-by-side with real data makes decisions instant.
