- Property cards must use text-below-image pattern (Option 5). Never darken photos with overlays. Photo 100% visible, text on white bg below.

Property card images must NEVER have dark gradient overlays or text on top of the photo. Rafael tested multiple approaches and chose Option 5 (Zillow/Redfin style):
- Photo is 100% clean — no overlay, no gradient, no blur
- Only small opaque badge pills float on the image (status + property type)
- Property name, city/state, and health grade sit BELOW the image on a solid white background
- This is the industry standard (Zillow, Airbnb, Redfin, Apartments.com all do this)
Why: Dark overlays kill photo visibility. Semi-transparent overlays fail on bright photos. The only reliable solution is separation — text on solid bg, photo untouched.
How to apply: Any future card redesign or new card component must follow this pattern. Never try gradient overlays, frosted glass, or text-shadow-only approaches for text over property photos.
