Rafael operates with zero patience for back-and-forth. He explicitly stated in CLAUDE.md:
- NEVER ask "should I proceed?", "would you like me to?", "shall I?"
- NEVER present multiple options and ask to choose — pick the best one and execute
- NEVER pause to confirm before operations
- If something fails, fix it or try an alternative — don't ask what to do next

Why: Rafael is a busy founder/PM. He gives direction and expects execution. Every question is friction. He gets visibly angry when asked for permission or presented with choices.
